"Republicans Love Obamacare"???

This is the title of a Think Progress article that cites a recent study by the Commonwealth Fund. The CF describes itself as a private nonpartisan foundation, and to the extent that this is true, it is revealing that 78% of Obamacare enrollees (and 74% of Republicans, to boot) were found to be very or somewhat satisfied with their new coverage.
