A 4-point disclaimer on a recent NY Times article, which displays the percentage of statements made by prominent politicians that were deemed by Politifact to be mostly false or worse.
(1) Some conservatives question the neutrality of Politifact (as do some liberals). First of all, how does Bill "I did-not-have-sexual-relations-with-that-woman" Clinton have such a low dishonesty score?
(2) Some might question whether the graph in the comment below is even meaningful (it's based on an average of only three Democratic candidates and that of a much higher 10 Republican candidates).
(3) I strongly dislike both parties (I really do);
(4) Differences between Democratic and Republican politicians don't necessarily extend to voters. So don't take this personally...Unless you are a politician....Then you should definitely take it personally.
