On the Demonization of Trump Voters

So, I saw this meme. It's reprehensible. I don't assume that Clinton voters chose her because of a contempt for Libyan, Syrian, and unborn lives. I understand that, under our coercive two-party system, most people feel forced to choose between two candidates whom they'd likely never friend on Facebook.

Clinton supporters should be just as charitable and reject the assumption that minority groups "don't matter" to Trump voters. And they should know that, when they continue to appeal to people's emotions like this, they help to popularize a simplistic and dangerous view that dichotomizes Americans into good and evil.
